Satin Scales, whole bean, is delicious! I typically like my coffee with cream but I tried Satin Scales without it... just to experiment. This coffee is smooth, and slightly chocolatey - no cream needed! The packaging is both fun and informative. I enjoyed reading about the Draco constellation, coffee in hand, like a tiny adventure to start the day.

Love Love Love the floral notes in this coffee. I brew this at 65g at medium coarse grind and it was soo good. The bag was absolutely amazing and I found myself getting lost in the immersive journey that the story takes you on. I thought I was just getting some coffee in a designer bag but there is more going on here than a simple cup of coffee.
